1. Site Use
By accessing this site, using the free trial, or purchasing Fusionpage Pro, you fully agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please stop navigating the site and using any provided features.
All financial transactions and product access are processed exclusively through the Hotmart platform, which has its own terms of use and security policies. Use of Hotmart is subject to the rules and conditions established by the platform.
2. Third-Party Brand Disclaimer
Fusionpage Pro has no official affiliation with Elementor, Meta, GSAP, Lenis, or any other brands mentioned in demonstrations, tutorials, or informational materials. All cited brands are exclusively owned by their respective owners.
3. 7-Day Guarantee
The user has a legal 7-day guarantee to evaluate Fusionpage Pro and check its compatibility within their own environment. After this period, no refunds will be provided.
4. Limitation of Liability
Fusionpage Pro is designed to deliver a stable, high-quality experience in line with modern web standards. While we continuously strive to improve and evolve the product, we do not guarantee compatibility with all browsers, hosting environments, themes, builders, or specific configurations used by the user.
Errors or issues resulting from user modifications, third-party integrations, improper installation, use outside the provided guidelines, or changes to the original code are not the responsibility of Fusionpage Pro.
We are also not responsible for instabilities caused by third-party services, such as CDNs, plugins, external libraries, or platform updates beyond our control.
5. Compatibility with Elementor and Other Builders
The video lessons use Elementor as the demonstration environment. However, all components, except for Fusion Codes, are developed in pure code and do not depend on Elementor or any other page builder to function.
Although pure-code components generally work in any environment that accepts custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, support will be limited in cases of incompatibilities related to themes, plugins, individual configurations, Elementor versions, or other builders.
The legal 7-day guarantee exists, in addition to being a consumer right, to allow users to validate Fusionpage Pro in their own environment before proceeding with full usage.
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
All content on this site and in Fusionpage Pro, including texts, code, structures, scripts, animations, images, layouts, documentation, and other materials, is protected by copyright law and remains the exclusive property of the author.
It is expressly prohibited to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, make freely available, modify, decompile, adapt, create derivative works, or clone, in whole or in part, any part of this project, sales page, demonstrations, or files included in Fusionpage Pro, except for regular use authorized to the purchaser in their own projects.
Any unauthorized use may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.
7. Changes to These Terms
These Terms of Use may be updated at any time. The updated version fully replaces the previous one and takes effect immediately upon publication on this site.

2. No Direct Data Collection
Providing personal information and accessing the product via login occurs exclusively on the Hotmart platform, which is responsible for processing, storing, and protecting this data according to its own privacy and security policies. User-provided data, especially contact information, may be viewed by the producer within Hotmart and used exclusively for operational purposes of Fusionpage Pro, such as product communication, support, important notices, and updates. No data is collected or stored directly by this site.
3. Cookies Used
The cookies used on this site are exclusively those generated by Meta due to the use of the Pixel. No additional cookies are set by Fusionpage Pro.
4. Tracking Preferences
Users can manage their privacy preferences directly in their Meta account settings or through their browser’s cookie and tracking-blocking options.

License Agreement
Terms regarding the individual license for Fusionpage Pro
1. License Grant
Purchasing Fusionpage Pro grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable, individual-use license to implement the components in personal or commercial projects.
2. Sharing Prohibited
It is prohibited to share, distribute, disclose, transfer access, or make Fusionpage Pro, its files, or its members area available to third parties.
3. Permitted Use
This license allows the use of the code solely in final web projects, whether for personal use or for clients, with no limit on domains or pages.
4. Prohibited Use
It is strictly prohibited to use Fusionpage Pro, in whole or in part, to create derivative products intended for resale, such as templates, themes, kits, libraries, components, or courses.
5. Responsibility for Third-Party Code
Fusionpage Pro is not responsible for code loaded through external CDNs, such as GSAP, Lenis, Matter.js, or any other libraries used within the components.
6. Updates Without a Fixed Schedule
Updates are provided as an additional benefit and may be released without a fixed schedule. The availability of updates does not constitute an obligation of continuous maintenance.
7. Access to Updates, Support, and License of Use
Access to the platform, materials, updates, and support remains available while the purchase or subscription is active and valid. Downloaded materials grant the user an indefinite license to use them, subject to the validity of the purchase. In the event of a refund, reversal, or chargeback, access to the platform and the right to use the materials are automatically revoked, even if they have already been downloaded. Support covers only questions related to the use of the materials and does not include customizations or integrations with third-party tools.
8. Automatic Renewal
The Fusionpage Pro subscription renews automatically every 12 months according to the selected plan. The user may cancel the renewal at any time directly from the administrative panel, retaining access until the end of the already-paid period. Refunds are allowed only at the moment of initial purchase, within the applicable guarantee period. Processed renewals are non-refundable.

This license is subject to updates. The current version will always be the one published here.
